Simple, Satisfying and Delicious
My husband LOVES buffalo chicken ANYTHING and he always has me craving a buffalo chicken wrap but since that’s not an option for me, I have to be more creative and find a way to satisfy my craving but fuel my body well. I created this recipe and it makes a wonderful, easy simple lunch.
1/4 c cooked brown Jasmine Rice (I keep cooked rice and quinoa in the fridge for quick lunches)
1/2 c cooked chicken breast
1 c baby arugula
Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce to taste
Combine in a bowl. Literally that easy. It’s so good.
