Bra shopping…MIGHT be in the top 10 things I hate doing, right behind going to the gyno and taking my kids to indoor play places :-).

When ThirdLove approached me about the opportunity to try their 24/7 Classic T-shirt bra, shopping completely online, I’ll be honest, I was skeptical. I honestly thought, why not, but it won’t work for me. I’ve tried on hundreds of bras and they just don’t fit me but that’s fine, I’ll try it.

How ThirdLove is Different

The online fitting room is a set of comprehensive questions that ask questions, determining how your current bra brand fits and where tweaks in fit need to be made. While it’s a comprehensive questionnaire, it doesn’t take that much time, which is good for a busy mom like me.

Why I love my new bra

My order arrived quickly, but I’ll be honest, I was scared to try it on, from the years of being disappointed by fit in my bras, so I let it sit on my dresser for at least a week.

When I finally got the courage to try on, I was BLOWN away by the fit. What the what?! This bra fits, perfectly, and is comfortable!? No way, well maybe it’s just the first time I’m wearing it. Will it continue to be comfortable?

Indeed, it’s my absolute favorite bra now! I LOVE wearing it and literally look forward to the chance to wear it.

Motherhood. What a journey.

It truly has changed me from the inside out.

I’ve talked about some of the big changes that have come to my heart since becoming a mom. But I rarely share about the physical changes. Over the past decade, my body has changed so much and I’m learning everyday to embrace the beauty that it is.

One way, I treat myself and body well is to love the way I dress! And yes, that means even down to my undergarments :-).

I’m a busy mom, and I want a bra and underwear that fits me perfectly and makes me feel comfortable in my skin. I’m ditching the stuff made by men for men 🙄 and saying hello to made by women, FOR women.

On of my absolute favorite places to find amazing deals on clothing, might surprise you.

It’s my favorite warehouses. Have you guessed it yet??

If you guessed, Sam’s Club, you are right! You might be thinking…WHAT? There is NO way you can find cute clothes at Sam’s Club, my grandma buys sweatshirts there. Nope, it’s not true! They have amazing finds at the BEST prices. Let me show you a few of my most recent finds. All these items are WELL under $20 each and would make a great gift.

I could NOT pass up this sherpa. It is super soft, cozy and sherpa is trending this season. I love the quilted detail along the buttons. When I found out this was just $15, I knew I had to have it. Here I have it paired with faux leather leggings, an oversized flannel and my favorite STL hat.

I love the versatility of blanket scarves. You can style them so many ways. This outfit would be perfect for a Thanksgiving, holiday party or a day out at the winery. So comfy and stylish. I paired the blanket wrap with faux leather leggings, my absolute favorite turtleneck sweater, my favorite wide brimmed hat and tall boots.

I am always here for a comfy look that can be easily transformed to a dressier look. This textured pullover, does just that! Pair this with jeans for a more casual look or dress it it up with leather leggings and boots for a date night look. You cannot go wrong either way.

Puffed sleeve detail is one of my my favorite trends from the past couple years. I think it elevates any boring shirt into a stylish piece that anyone can wear. I paired this cute black top with these insanely comfortable jeggings (also under $20). I paired it with my favorite hat and boots and ready to hit the town!

O-M-G. This lounge set is TOOOOO good and INSANELY affordable. This set comes in at $20 TOTAL, making each piece only $10 that’s an INSANE steal! Are you into lounge wear sets or do you wear them separately?

Swimsuit Season

Spring break is upon us and summer isn’t far behind, which means, swimsuit season is HERE!

Swimsuits MIGHT be my least favorite thing to shop for, right behind jeans and shoes for my kids.

So I made it INCREDIBLY easy for you! I went ahead and ordered all the suits from Amazon and found the 6 most flattering suits I could find. For reference, I’m not teeny tiny, I stand 5’8 inches tall and wear a size 10 in pants. My chest is proportional to my body, wearing a 36DD bra and I’ll be honest, nothing is where it used to be on my body before having 3 kids, but that’s okay.

Shopping Guide

When I am looking for a swimsuit, I’m not just looking for flattering, I’m looking for functional as well. Most of my swimsuit wearing occasions are at the neighborhood pool with three kids. I can’t risk having a “nip slip” or worse, so I need to make sure everything is tucked in nicely, if ya know, ya know 😉 So here’s what on my “must-have” list:

Here’s what I found!

I am in LOVE with this cute striped, one shoulder suit! The geometric pattern and ruffle detail make it INSANELY flattering. I love the coverage of this suit, I’d feel comfortable in it with my kids at the pool but also feel super cute! This suit pairs so well with white denim, making it super versatile! I sized up one size to XL

I love a good tummy control, black swimsuit! This one has the cute scallop detail and tie halter which gives it so much more interest than just a plain black suit! This fits TTS, I’m in L

This suit was a top seller last year! It comes in multiple colors, but the black is my favorite! FIts TTS, I’m in a size L

This was another top seller from last year! I love the one shoulder look! and the ruffle detail is a little more subtle than the blue and white striped one above. This one also comes in a TON of colors and patterns! This fits TTS.

This suit MIGHT be my favorite! This one is a little low cut for the pool with my kids, but I’m planning to wear this on vacation with my hubby! I LOVE the ruffle detail on the shoulder. Because of the deep v, I think this suit is insanely flattering! This one is a winner for sure! Check out the other colors this is offered in. I sized up to XL in this one

You girls LOVED this look on my social media and I have to say, it’s more flattering than I was expecting. The top features a REALLY cute lace up back, adding to the detail. The scallop edging is so freaking cute! I love the high waisted bottoms, making me feel like I JUST MIGHT be able to pull off a two-piece after all! This fits TTS. I’m pictured wearing XL but I’d stick to your normal size.

Valentine’s Day Try ON my

I was REALLY hoping we’d all be able to get out of the house for Valentine’s Day this year, but things aren’t looking GREAT for that. But that doesn’t mean we can’t still try to look cute. My husband and I are planning a nice at home date, will share more on that later! But I knew I wanted to get the perfect outfit, even for just hanging at home.

All of these items are SUPER affordable, because, girl, I got you and would never want you overspend! I hope you love these looks as much as I do!

Casual But Cute

I love this comfy, casual outfit. This top is SUPER soft and comes in a few different colors! I chose the black and white so I could wear it on other days, other than JUST Valentine’s Day. I think this casual outfit would be perfect for mommin’ around town, hanging out at home or if you can help out in your child’s classroom! Teachers, this is such a fun option for you as well! I’m pictured wearing a large, so I do feel it runs slightly small. I paired it with leggings, a jean jacket and adroable sneakers! Also, these pink tassel earrings are DARLING!

Trending with Color

If you’ve been here a minute, you’ll know my FAVORITE combo is black on black, but sometimes, I need to vary my wardrobe. So for this look, I paired this DARLING lace top with my favorite jeans! These jeans are seriously amazing and you’ll look 10lbs slimmer the instant you put them on! The lace top is NOT lined so I paired it with my favorite black cami. I threw on a black belt, black booties and a hat for an updated look! Ready to hit the town for Galentine’s. PS, this top is $21!!!!!! Such a no brainer!

Black Confetti

Black on black is my signature look! I love head to toe black with a little POP of color! I’m LOVING this trend with the sheer sleeves, it’s SO much fun and a nice way to feel sexy but still be covered. This top runs small, I’m pictured in a size large and it’s snug!

Carole Baskin Ruined Leopard

I was just realizing it’s been almost a year since Carole Baskin ruined leopard print forever 🙂 Will we ever be able to wear it without thinking of her again?! I’m OBSESSED with this ruffle leopard top. There is SO much fun detail on it from ruffles around the neck, the shoulders and down the sleeves. How can you not feel flirty and fun in leopard and ruffles!! Get this one!

Flirty in Pink

This is the PERFECT stay at home Valentine’s Day outfit. Comfy jeans with a soft, pink top would be my pick for sure. This top is a MUST have! It’s so soft, like a thermal material fabric with the lace detail on the sleeves. This shirt will transition into spring perfectly. I cannnnnnnoooottt wait to style it with white jeans! Oh, and by the way, it’s under $20!

Pretty in Pink

This is my PICK for Valentine’s Day this year. I’m in absolute love with this top! It’s literally the most perfect shade of pink and the details on it are exquisite! From the mock neck line, to the bow tie detail and the crochet sleeves. OMG, sign me up! This top will also transition into spring well. It would be PERFECT for Easter with white jeans! I can’t wait!

2020 has proven to us that leggings are indeed pants, amirite? Leggings were my go to pant until I found these joggers. I styled these joggers 9 ways, last spring and you all LOVED. I got so many message from you all saying that you grabbed them and love them. I own two pairs and seriously, they go with everything. While we do not know what this holiday season will bring (thank you Corona), I think we can all agree that the holidays will look different for most of us. I’m looking forward to small, intimate gatherings with my closest family members. While I know I want to look cute, I also know I want to be comfortable. So enter, the joggers once again. I created 7 looks for this fall/winter including outfits that will be perfect for any holiday plans you may have!

I’m completely obsessed with this outfit. It’s the best Thanksgiving outfit I could possibly think of this year. I paired this darling ribbed long sleeve top with a blanket scarf, fedora and pumps. Done. So cute!

I feel like this could be the best work from home outfit. This sweater is incredibly soft and so comfortable and paired with these joggers, I feel like I’m wearing pajamas but I’m dressed and ready to go. Is there anything better than that!?

All black is my favorite outfit. All black is my signature look at this point. I’ll add a $13 fedora to add an edge to the look.

2020 calls for alllllll comfy, alll the time. This outfit allows me to feel comfy, but also feel dressed and ready to tackle my day!

I love this outfit for a holiday gathering. I love the puff sleeve, which updates this off white blouse into a modern look.

Here’s another comfy, holiday look. I’m pretty sure this is what I plan to wear for Christmas day. I love feeling a little dressed up on Christmas morning but this will allow me to be comfy and cozy as well.

Here is the ultimate #momoutfit. This graphic tshirt is perfect for running around town, getting those errands done but also feeling like the cutest mom on the block.

The final look is the coziest look. This sherpa is one of my all time favorite comfy sweatshirts this season. It’s soft and comfortable but the leather detail on the zipper elevates it to a fun look!

Sweater Weather is upon us and I could NOT be happier about it. As the summer comes to an end and the cooler weather moves in, I’ll be ready over here, wrapped up in the warmest sweater I can find next to the fireplace. I could wear these every day, all day. I picked out some of my favorite, soft and cozy sweaters that follow some of 2020s biggest trends.

Neutral Sweaters I absolutely love this trend. My closet is filled with neutral sweaters. I love being able to wear neutrals with jeans or leggings.

2. Plaid I LOVE plaid, I’m so glad that it’s here to stay. I never turn down a good plaid sweater.

3. Cardigan Who doesn’t need an updated cardigan each season? I tried to buy one or two cardigans each fall . They are great for layering and make any outfit look more complete.

4. Mock Turtle Neck I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure about this trend. It brought me back to my mom’s closet circa 1993. But once I tried them on, I understood the craze.

5. Puff Sleeve Sweaters Puff sleeves are definitely my favorite trend this season, I’m filling my closet with these items so I hope it lasts a season or two 🙂

Sweaters are great for Midwest living. You can typically get wear out of them from fall to winter and even into early spring, so for me, they are an obvious closet staple. Let me know what your favorite trend is this season!

End of Summer Amazon Hau

This MIGHT be my new favorite piece of clothing ever! It’s soft, functional and cute, what more could we need? I’m wearing a size large but could size down to a medium. If you are between sizes, I’d size down.

This is the perfect dress for the end of summer to fall. It’s soft, stretchy and lightweight, I’m already dreaming of my winery dates in this! Throw on a white jean jacket and you’re ready for fall!

I’ll be honest, I don’t wear shorts often, but these are amazing. They have an elastic waistband with functional drawstring and functional pockets. They fit true to size, I’m in size large.

I fell in love with this romper the second I put it on. I love the fit, the fabric and the style. It’s flattering, flirty and fun! Fits true to size, size down if between sizes.
