My kids LOVE the bath. When my husband works late, I often put them in the bath really early and let them play together before bed. They are big fans of bubbles or bath bombs but sometimes we want to switch it up and do something different. I found a recipe for bath playdough and knew we had to try it. I had most of these ingredients at home but they are always available for purchase on Amazon as well.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Cornstarch
- 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
- 1/4 c. Baby bubble bath-I used @Johnson&Johnson Bubble bath
- food coloring
Combine bubble bath with coconut oil, stir until combine. Then slowly mix in cornstarch. A 1/2 c. was plenty for us, but one recipe I found suggested adding up to a 3/4 c. to get the right consistencies.

Once it is well mixed, add food coloring. My kids enjoyed measuring, dumping and mixing. It did take a little muscle to knead into the perfect consistencies. I excepted the playdough to dissolve promptly in the water, but it didn’t! To our surprise, it remained formed and we got a few plays out of it before using it up.
